Dzień GM – iOS 13.4, iPadOS 13.4, tvOS 13.4, watchOS 6.2 oraz macOS Catalina 10.15.4
Apple udostępniło dziś deweloperom swoje systemy w wersji Golden Master. Dla wszystkich powinny być udostępnione już w przyszłym tygodniu.
Czemu tak sądzimy? Wszystko przez dzisiejsze informacje dotyczące premiery nowego iPada Pro oraz akcesorium – klawiatury z gładzikiem. Ta ostatnia ma być wspierana w iPadOS 13.4, które według zapewnień Apple pojawi się już 24 marca. Ponieważ dziś wyszły wersje GM, należy się spodziewać, że również inne systemy będą miały swoją oficjalną premierę w najbliższy wtorek.
Przypomnijmy więc największe zmiany:
iOS 13.4 / iPadOS 13.4
- w aplikacji Mail nastąpi zmiana układu ikon na pasku narzędzi na bardziej logiczną – głównie chodzi o odsunięcie od siebie przycisków odpowiedzi i usunięcia maila;
- pojawi się funkcja udostępniania folderu iCloud – dla przypomnienia, miała się ona pojawić tuż po premierze iOS/iPadOS 13;
- pojawią się nowe Memoji i Animoji;
- iPady otrzymają wsparcie dla myszy i trackpadów;

This update also includes bug fixes and other improvements. This update:
- Adds status bar indicator to display when VPN has disconnected on iPhone models with all-screen displays
- Fixes an issue in Camera where the viewfinder may appear as a black screen after launch
- Addresses an issue where Photos may appear to use excess storage
- Resolves an issue in Photos that may prevent sharing an image to Messages if iMessage is disabled
- Fixes an issue in Mail where messages may appear out of order
- Addresses an issue in Mail where the conversation list may display empty rows

macOS Catalina 10.15.4
W najnowszej aktualizacji macOS otrzymamy między innymi Limity komunikacji z poziomu funkcji Czas przed ekranem. Opcja ta pojawiła się już wcześniej na iPhone’ie; opcję dostępności pozwalającą na sterowanie kursorem myszy przy pomocy ruchów głową; teksty piosenek w czasie rzeczywistym w aplikacji Muzyka i wiele innych mniejszych zmian.
tvOS 13.4
Jeśli chodzi o tvOS 13.4, to tu nie mamy informacji na temat zmian.

Tylko developerzy czy public beta testers tez maja?
Zainstalowałem na iPad Air 10.5. Obsługa touchpada jest super, ale tylko z Magic Trackpad 2!
Magic Trackpad pierwszej generacji nie obsługuje gestów, bez których nie można:
– scrollować,
– robić gestu odpowiadającemu kliknięciu home button
– zmieniać aplikacji pełnoekranowych
Szkoda, bo nie wynika to z technicznych ograniczeń, na MacOS trackpad 1 obsługuje przeróżne gesty.
Bez tego jakikolwiek trackpad będzie bezużyteczny, scrollowanie na trackpadzie jest tak naturalne, że nie wyobrażam sobie pracy z trackpadem bez obsługi gestów. Wszystkie inne myszki na BT i USB działają ale tak jak trackpad 1 – bez gestów i scrollowania.
